So over the past week, I realized that I'm not getting tired till 4:00 5:00 o'clock in the morning. Is anyone else having such a hard time falling asleep? Like right now I'm typing this at 1:00 am and not even close to being tired. So I was wondering why does this happen. I asked some of my friends what time they normally fell asleep and most of them said they normally went to bed around 11:00 or 12:00. Then I asked what time they been falling asleep around and they mostly said around 2:00-3:00. So what are some things that prevent us from falling asleep? One reason behind this is that we use our phones all day and never really get tired of being on it, even if our brain tells us we are addicted to our phones. So what I started doing is just doing random stuff to bore me to sleep like drawing, or doing something that would make me tired. So give it a try and see if you fall asleep faster.
