Daily Routine on E-Learning

Submitted by Cameron from Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire.

I know everyone's daily routine's have changed drastically recently but it is important to still try to have some sort of daily routine. I am going to share my new daily routine with my new remote learning schedule to give some ideas on a good new routine.

8:00am-8:50am- Eat breakfast, shower, get ready for the day.

8:50am-9:00am- Get computer open check school website to see what classes I need to video chat into and for the class I don't I then make a mental plan of when I want to complete the assigned work throughout the day.

9:00am-11:00am- Morning classes.

11:00am-12:00pm- Lunch/Relax.

12:00pm-2:45pm- Afternoon Classes.

2:45pm-3:45pm- Finish any homework, work for clubs, or anything outside of school that you still need to stay up to date with.

3:45pm-5:00pm- Relax/Watch TV/Play Video games.

5:00pm-6:00pm- Workout/Go for a walk. 6:00pm-7:00pm- Dinner.

7:00pm-8:00pm- Relax/Spend time with family.

8:00pm-9:00pm- FaceTime/Video chat with friends.

9:00pm-10:00pm- Watch TV/Relax.

10:00pm-10:30pm- Get ready for bed.

10:30pm- Go to bed. T

his schedule allows for 9 hours and 30 mins. of sleep which is over the recommended 8 hours of sleep which is really good and important. Plus this schedule allows for relaxation and exercise which is really important. The last really important part of this schedule is FaceTiming with friends to make sure you stay connected during this crazy time.

Comment with your new daily routine and if anything has stayed the same or changed since the COVID-19 Pandemic has really gotten bad.
