Hi everyone! My name is Ameya Deo and I am a freshman in Chicago. Like many of you, my life has completely changed since we went into quarantine. For many of us, school was a place where we could socialize and be ourselves, but without out, many of us are feeling stressed. Additionally, coping with any new situation can really raise our stress and anxiety levels. I have started a podcast about the importance of mental health in quarantine and a few strategies we can employ to reduce our stress and anxiety.
